Return And Refund Policy

Socks are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns. 

However, if a defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund/ free replacement as applicable. We accept return within 7 days of date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Product will be subject to a thorough quality check in order to be eligible for a return. Supersox reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We will arrange for pick-up through our logistics partner within 3-5 business days of receiving your email request at customercare@supersox.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. Refund amount will exclude any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): i) Products with obvious signs of use, ii) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, iii) Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Any product purchased in a sale will not be eligible for return or a replacement.

In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at customercare@supersox.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your mentioned location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
