The time estimated for the delivery of a product shall be subject to factors such as the availability of the product and the destination to which the product is to be delivered.

DETAILS OF THE RECIPIENT OF THE PRODUCT(S) AND NON AVAILABILITY OF THE RECIPIENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

Please note that the recipient must provide the courier agent delivering the product with a copy of the government-approved identification document as proof of identity. Please note that any discrepancy in the details provided shall lead to non-delivery of the product.
• In the event that the recipient so specified is unavailable at the time of delivery on the delivery address as provided by you, then the courier agent shall attempt to deliver the product(s) to the concerned recipient one time before the product is returned to Supersox.

CHANGE IN DELIVERY ADDRESS

• Any change in the delivery address provided by you must be intimated to Supersox, via email, at any time before the product is actually shipped and such change shall be deemed to have been intimated only when an acknowledgment email is sent by Supersox. Any changes made post the shipping of the product shall not be considered with respect to that particular order.
